If you like to print your bits then Makers Cult (3 guys in the UK as far as I can tell) are a very easy source of excellent minis. As someone who values modular kits, the minis that turn up through Patreon multiple times a month have been a constant source of kitbashing material – I built my first Trench Crusade warband out of their Feudal Guard models, well before they started putting out specific parts for that game (which honestly would have saved me some modelling time…)
